This is Rian Apartments’ smallest studio, but certainly not crammed! Total measure of this welcoming space in blue and white wood stain tones is 21m2/226 sq ft.  Plenty of room for the robust wooden Queen Size bed with side tables, a comfortable seating area, fully equipped homemade wooden kitchen, wardrobe and bathroom with warm water shower.  There is even space to put your suitcases out of sight once unpacked.

Rates:

€ 30 per night for 1 person.  extra person € 10 per night.  Max. 2 persons.  Costs include water/gas/electricity/bed linen and towels (weekly changed)  Additional costs are € 30 end cleaning, 9% taxes and costs of air conditioning at € 0,50/KwH usage.

Cancellation

If you cancel within 6 weeks of planned date of arrival, you will owe the full 100% of the amount.

Reservations

We prefer to handle your reservations via email. Include your personal data. We will send a confirmation.

Payment

1st payment 50%: within 1 week after reservation.
2nd payment 50%: 6 weeks before arrival at the latest.
The reservation is final and confirmed when payment is received.
