Rates:
€ 55 per night for 2 persons. extra persons € 10 per night. Costs include water/gas/electricity/bed linen and towels (weekly changed) Additional costs are € 30 end cleaning, 9% taxes and costs of air conditioning at € 0,50/KwH usage.

Cancellation
If you cancel within 6 weeks of planned date of arrival, you will owe the full 100% of the amount.
Reservations
We prefer to handle your reservations via email. Include your personal data. We will send a confirmation.
Payment
1st payment 50%: within 1 week after reservation.
2nd payment 50%: 6 weeks before arrival at the latest.
The reservation is final and confirmed when payment is received.
